Oak View Group is seeking a Bartender to join their team. The Bartender will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders accurately, mixing and serving various beverages, monitoring alcohol consumption, keeping the bar clean and well-stocked, processing payments, restocking supplies, following health and safety regulations, communicating effectively with staff, handling customer concerns professionally, and assisting with closing duties. This part-time role offers an hourly wage of $16.50 plus tips, along with a 401(k) savings plan and matching.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Prior experience working in a bar or restaurant environment

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS certification) may be required, depending on local regulations.
