Description
The Bistro Bartender serves as the restaurant’s customer-facing representative, taking and delivering food and drink orders, answering questions, confirming orders with chefs and bartenders, delivering checks and accepting payments, and tidying tables. The role also assists with setting and rearranging tables for larger parties.
