Description
The Bartender will work at the Summit Bar of Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel in Oslo, preparing classic cocktails and other beverages, serving guests, maintaining inventory and costs, supporting departmental objectives, and ensuring compliance with hospitality and legal requirements. The role requires food and beverage service experience, cocktail-making knowledge, beverage and bar-technique knowledge, strong communication, IT-system familiarity, and a hands-on, guest-service-oriented approach.
