Description
The Bartender will create and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and food, follow recipes and presentation standards, check IDs, monitor alcohol consumption, upsell products, answer guest questions, operate a cash register, and maintain clean and sanitary areas. The role requires at least 18 years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent, beverage-safety knowledge, prior bartender experience, knowledge of popular cocktails and alcohol, and strong communication and customer-service skills.
