Smithfield is looking for a passionate and experienced Full-Time Bartender to join their Taste of Smithfield restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating craft cocktail specials, training staff, managing the wine program and beer selection, adhering to alcohol handling and safety procedures, merchandising, assisting with social media, setting up private dinners, supporting servers, and managing holiday events.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of mixology, including the ability to create classic and innovative cocktails.
Some culinary training is preferred, but not required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Food handler’s card preferred.
