The Bartender at Supreme Dumplings handles all aspects of bartending, ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include serving drinks, maintaining a clean bar, preparing ingredients, adhering to safety procedures, managing inventory, contributing to menu design, assisting with operations, completing cleaning tasks, training new employees, resolving complaints, instructing staff on equipment usage, and participating in improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of beverage service equipment, adaptability, decision-making, customer service, oral communication, planning, problem-solving, teamwork, budget development, self-motivation, high energy levels, multitasking abilities, and familiarity with internal and external stakeholder interaction. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with 2 years of bar or restaurant experience involving drink preparation, current beverage service certification, and comfort with POS systems and basic computer navigation.
