Description
The Bartender provides customer service focused on the bar, rings in food and drink orders, prepares cocktails and other beverages, handles cash, maintains beverage and salsa stations, cleans and sanitizes the restaurant, and completes opening and closing procedures. The role requires English communication, basic math, POS and other technology familiarity, multitasking, and the ability to stand for eight hours and lift 25+ pounds. Prior restaurant or barback experience, liquor-law knowledge, alcohol-pairing knowledge, and bilingual English-Spanish ability are preferred or advantageous.
