Ember & Oak is hiring a Bartender for its new 6,500-square-foot restaurant and event space in Parsons, Kansas. The role provides beverage service, prepares and recommends alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, takes orders, verifies identification, monitors responsible alcohol service, processes payments, maintains the bar, and supports opening and closing duties. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, have knowledge of responsible alcohol service, and be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; prior bartending, restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service experience is preferred.
