Description
The Bartender provides relational service to members, guests, and discovery guests at The Cliffs, prepares and serves food and beverages, processes transactions, maintains liquor and supply records, keeps the bar area clean, and assists with promotional sales and daily reporting. The role also cross-trains as a server and requires a current Alcohol Safe Service Certificate or completion of an approved alcohol training program within 30 days of hire, along with at least one year of previous service or bartender experience.
