Description
The Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, receives orders from patrons or waitstaff, maintains bar supplies and cleanliness, displays bar items, collects payments, verifies legal drinking age, and refuses service to intoxicated or disruptive patrons. The role requires extensive drink-preparation and service knowledge, strong customer-service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, POS-system learning ability, and completion of mixology, barkeeping, or related training; at least one year of related experience is preferred.
