Description
The Bartender will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, take customer orders and recommendations, maintain a clean bar, verify customer identification, follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, handle cash and POS transactions, engage customers professionally, and upsell food and beverage items. The role prefers previous bartending experience, knowledge of drink recipes and brewing, retail math and sales skills, and familiarity with Revel POS or similar systems.
