Description
The Bartender will craft alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, provide knowledgeable recommendations, serve guests efficiently, maintain beverage stock and inventory, balance transactions, and follow hotel safety, sanitation, and alcohol-handling procedures. The role requires prior restaurant or food-and-beverage experience, cocktail and mixology knowledge, intermediate bartending skills, Smart Serve certification, and the ability to work in a luxury hotel or bar setting. The position is based in Toronto and pays $20.30 per hour, with a wage increase after six months of compensated service.
