Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Port Douglas is hiring Bartenders for its Café & Bar Team. The role involves creating memorable guest experiences, assisting with menus and dietary requirements, processing orders through the POS system, maintaining service areas and hygiene standards, and serving beverages. Candidates must have prior experience in a five-star or high-end restaurant or bar environment, strong cocktail and beverage knowledge, the ability to work a seven-day rotating roster, and a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate of Attainment. The resort is located in Tropical North Queensland, Australia.
