Hiroki‑San is hiring a Bartender to prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages; execute a curated Japanese cocktail menu; provide knowledgeable hospitality; maintain a clean and stocked bar; collaborate with bar and service teams; and handle cash, credit card, and POS transactions. The role requires at least two years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale setting, strong knowledge of Japanese spirits and beverages, strong communication and multitasking skills, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
