Description
The Bartender will prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, beverages, and other drinks at the Lagoon Bar in a luxury resort setting. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking accurate orders, recommending drinks, maintaining bar standards, assisting with stock control and preparation, handling feedback, and supporting smooth service during busy periods. The role requires previous bartending experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end restaurant, strong beverage knowledge, excellent guest-service and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
