Hotel Versailles + Silas is seeking a Bartender Lead to deliver food and beverages, create memorable guest experiences, maintain beverage inventory, train bartender teammates, support seasonal cocktail-menu development, and supervise bartender staff. The role requires advanced bartending knowledge, menu and allergy awareness, safe and legal alcohol service, strong communication, time management, multitasking, and customer-service skills. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least four years of bartending experience are desired, with ServSafe, bartender-class, and TIPS certifications preferred or required shortly after hire.
