The Bar and Lounge Assistant supports guests in the bar and One Lounge by providing smooth service, assisting with bar operations, defining service standards and schedules, selling the lounge offering, ordering food, beverages, and spirits, and conducting monthly inventory counts. The role welcomes hotel professionals, hospitality or food-service experience, career changers, and candidates with strong communication, hospitality, teamwork, flexibility, creativity, and a quality mindset.
