Description
The Bar Operator will operate a full-service bar at Pudgy's Sports Bar, McGuire Air Force Base, New Jersey, mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, delivering beverages, handling payments, maintaining receipts and inventory, operating a cash register, and cleaning bar equipment. The role requires experience mixing alcoholic beverages for retail sale, knowledge of drink ingredients, the ability to handle intoxicated or unruly patrons, cash-handling procedures, physical ability to lift and move bar equipment, and clear public communication. Applicants must complete a background investigation and pre-employment physical, obtain a Food Handler's Certificate, and be at least 18 years old; education cannot substitute for the required experience.
