Pilar is hiring a Bartender for part-time and full-time positions in its Court Street District location. The role involves serving ales and spirits, preparing creative cocktails and daiquiris, communicating with guests, maintaining a clean workspace, using POS systems, and working varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates need craft cocktail experience, knowledge of wine and beer styles and glassware, strong communication and teamwork skills, alcohol knowledge and safety certifications, and a high school diploma or equivalent; some college is preferred.
