OTH Hotels Resorts is hiring a property-based Bartender/Server for its restaurant department. The role provides alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage and food service, prepares drinks according to recipes, engages with guests, recommends beverages, manages inventory and cash procedures, maintains bar cleanliness and compliance, and supports restaurant and kitchen teams. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of bartending experience, beverage and mixology knowledge, customer service, multitasking, POS and cash-handling skills, and preferably alcohol service certification. The position is non-exempt, fully on-site, requires no travel, and involves constant standing and lifting.
