Description
ModernControls is hiring a Building Automation Systems (BAS) Account Manager to manage and grow existing client relationships across the Mid-Atlantic region. The role serves as the primary customer liaison, develops service agreements, retrofits, upgrades, and energy solutions, coordinates with project and service teams, manages account profitability and CRM data, and meets revenue and margin targets. The position requires a combination of office and field work, regular travel to client sites, and occasional after-hours support.
