Engineered Cooling Services is hiring a BAS/Controls Service Sales Executive to grow its service agreements business for building automation and controls services in large commercial buildings. The role focuses on achieving sales and profit goals, developing qualified opportunities, managing accounts and vertical markets, consulting customers on building-system performance and investment needs, preparing estimates and bids, and collaborating with operations and other sales teams. The position requires at least 35% customer-facing work in person and on customer sites, with one to two office days per week for collaboration and strategy meetings.
