Description
The Level 2 Controls Service Technician provides advanced service, complex troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization for Building Automation Systems and associated HVAC control systems. The role independently diagnoses BAS and HVAC issues, programs and configures control systems, performs electrical troubleshooting, supports commissioning, serves as a primary technical contact for clients, mentors Level 1 technicians, and maintains service documentation. It requires 3–5 years of relevant controls or HVAC service experience, strong knowledge of control logic, commercial HVAC, electrical systems, networking, and BAS platforms, along with a valid driver's license and physical ability to perform field duties. Compensation is $40.00–$60.00 per hour.
