Description
The employer is hiring a full-time BAS Estimator in its Waverley, Nova Scotia office to estimate Building Automation Systems projects. The role involves reviewing mechanical, electrical, and engineering drawings; analyzing control-system architecture; preparing take-offs, cost estimates, proposals, and quotations; coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and engineers; and traveling to project sites as needed. Candidates should have 3–5 years of Building Automation estimating experience, with Tridium Niagara experience preferred, and should be knowledgeable in M&E engineering, high-voltage systems, HVAC, and related control systems.
