Description
DLB Associates is hiring a remote BAS Technical Manager to provide technical and project leadership for Building Automation Systems, Power Management Systems, controls integration, and smart building solutions. The role oversees subconsultant scopes, design deliverables, standards, shop drawings, RFIs, punch lists, audits, and project closeout; coordinates with MEP, construction, vendor, software, project management, and client teams; and may serve as a technical lead or point of contact. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a related discipline and at least eight years of experience in BAS controls systems engineering, along with knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, SNMP, IoT, smart buildings, and data center control redundancy, plus Revit and AutoCAD proficiency.
