Description
The BAS Technician operates, programs, monitors, commissions, maintains, and troubleshoots building automation and HVAC systems across a campus of facilities. The role includes repairing controllers and cabling, integrating third-party systems, testing low-voltage equipment, documenting system configurations and energy reports, training site operations teams, and participating in an on-call rotation. Candidates need high school completion, training or equivalent experience in building management systems, at least five years of related experience, HVAC and BAS knowledge, and proficiency with system integration and network protocols.
