Description
Preston Phipps is hiring a Building Automation Systems (BAS) Technician to support the start-up, troubleshooting, commissioning, and integration of HVAC controls and automation systems. The role involves Niagara 4 platforms, BACnet and Modbus networks, critical-air systems, fieldwork, customer support, and coordination with contractors and facility teams. Candidates need a technical diploma or equivalent field experience, HVAC or building automation knowledge, BAS troubleshooting or integration experience, and familiarity with BACnet/Modbus devices; Niagara 4, lab ventilation, and airflow-control experience are preferred. The position requires travel within Ontario, a valid driver’s license, security-clearance eligibility, and the ability to lift 40+ pounds.
