Description
Vantage Construction Corporation is seeking a Superintendent to direct field staff, subcontractors, materials deliveries, and construction activities for base-building commercial projects. The role coordinates project mobilization, subcontractor and supplier activities, safety compliance, documentation, schedules, and customer expectations while managing a clean, organized project within budget and contractual time. Candidates need at least five years of base-building experience, survey and computer knowledge, project-management software familiarity, drawing and specification reading ability, supervisory experience, and OSHA and First Aid/CPR certifications.
