Park Paving Ltd. is hiring a seasonal Base Crew Foreman for its Base division during the 2026 road construction season in Edmonton. The role leads gravel road base placement and construction, supervises and trains crew members, coordinates daily work and materials, maintains job-costing records, performs hazard assessments, checks equipment, and carries out road-construction labor or equipment-operator duties. Candidates need at least two years of roadbuilding leadership experience, knowledge of construction and road-construction standards, grade-checking ability, equipment-operation skills, physical fitness, and availability for full-time work, overtime, and weekends.
