Panelmatic Inc. is hiring a Base Fabrication Lead to support daily fitting and welding operations in its Base Fabrication department. The role coordinates fabrication activities, assigns work, monitors production progress, and ensures components meet quality and dimensional requirements while actively participating in fitting, welding, cutting, grinding, drilling, and assembly. The position requires hands-on metal fabrication and welding experience, blueprint interpretation, material and equipment knowledge, quality inspection, safety compliance, and the ability to guide and mentor team members.
