Panelmatic Inc. is hiring a Fabrication Supervisor to oversee daily fitting and welding operations in its base fabrication department. The role manages and develops fitter/welder teams, coordinates production schedules and resources, oversees fabrication machinery and quality inspections, resolves fabrication issues, and recommends process improvements. Candidates need at least three years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or industrial fabrication, advanced fabrication knowledge, quality assurance expertise, blueprint interpretation, and strong leadership and communication skills.
