RodOil is hiring a Base Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a base, including truck loading and unloading, inventory control, product movements, equipment maintenance, safety, quality, environmental compliance, and operational performance. The role leads and develops the team, coordinates with internal departments, suppliers, and other stakeholders, and requires higher education in a relevant field, at least one year of team-management experience, and on-site availability in Xaxim, Santa Catarina.
