Description
The Ramp Training Coordinator provides initial and recurrent hands-on training for line staff, with classroom and on-the-job instruction focused on safety, service, efficiency, and performance. The role monitors and documents new-hire progress, reports monthly to the General Manager, ensures compliance with company and industry rules, qualifies trainees for driving tasks, performs administrative and clerical work, supports safety meetings and drills, recommends safety and operational procedures, and fills in for line staff, quality control, and line supervisors as needed. The position requires at least two years of ramp operations and aircraft servicing experience, a valid driver’s license, independent work, strong organizational and analytical skills, and NATA Safety 1st training; basic computer skills and Quality Control Product Integrity training are preferred.
