Description
UPS is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of Electromechanical Specialists and coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance across facilities in Barcelona and Madrid. The role oversees contractors, maintenance plans, KPIs, facility inspections, environmental compliance, regulatory training, documentation, and operational improvements, while reporting to the Facility Manager in Spain. The position is based in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda (Barcelona) and requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years of electrical and mechanical maintenance experience, and at least three years leading maintenance teams and managing vendors.
