Description
The Basecamp Supervisor leads day-to-day operations at Tamarack Resort’s Basecamp Youth Activity Center, including guest childcare, Kid Zone, camps, special events, and youth programming. The role coordinates activities and materials, supports staff and children, maintains safety and childcare compliance, and assists with event logistics. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid U.S. driver’s license, pediatric CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it, an enhanced Idaho background check, and annual state-required childcare training; weekend, evening, holiday, and hazardous-weather work may be required.
