Description
This is a part-time maintenance position responsible for performing basic maintenance duties such as equipment inspection, minor repairs, fixture installation, and routine upkeep of library buildings and equipment. The role involves independent work with occasional supervision, focusing on preventing defects and ensuring smooth technical operations. Key tasks include daily material delivery, program room setup, mail/payroll distribution, small repair jobs (plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry), furniture assembly, moving items, supply inventory management, snow removal, grounds maintenance, and vehicle inspections.
