Description
The CSUSB Basic Needs & Student Support Student Assistant supports the daily operations of the Basic Needs & Student Support Center at the Palm Desert Campus. The role provides compassionate, student-centered services; assists with mobile pantry opening and closing; maintains shopper records, food inventory, and storage areas; supports crowd control; and conducts outreach and follow-up with students. It is a part-time, temporary, seasonal, on-campus position with anticipated compensation of $16.90 per hour and available hours Monday through Friday during the academic year and Monday through Thursday during summer. Applicants must be CSU students, maintain a 2.0 GPA or higher, be enrolled in at least half-time units, and be eligible to work in the United States.
