Mentaal Beter is hiring a Basic Psychologist for its adult team in Capelle aan den IJssel for 24–36 hours per week. The role involves conducting intakes, providing individual therapy, using evidence-based methods and e-health programs, and optionally offering group treatments. The psychologist also participates in multidisciplinary consultations, peer supervision, and professional development. The position starts with a fixed-term contract with the intention of permanent employment, offers a salary according to the GGZ collective labor agreement at scale 55/60, and includes an end-of-year bonus, training days, and other employment benefits. Applicants must hold a university-level degree in Psychology, meet the Care Performance Model requirements as of January 1, 2024, and have excellent written and spoken Dutch and English communication skills.
