Life Time is hiring an Ultimate Hoops Trainer to sell and promote basketball training programs, engage current and potential members, develop progression-based training, evaluate players, and promote programs at the club. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, five years of basketball training experience with clients starting at age 5, and may require some travel. Compensation is commission-based, with minimum pay exceeding 1.5 times the applicable minimum wage per hour, and benefits include a subsidized membership, discounts, retirement matching, training, paid leave, and for full-time members, medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
