Description
The Batch Maker mixes raw chemical materials to produce adhesive products by staging and charging materials, following batch work instructions, operating mixing equipment, adjusting batches under quality-control guidance, maintaining a safe and clean work area, and complying with PPE standards. The role requires basic math, English comprehension, equipment operation, and the ability to lift 50–60 pounds; chemical manufacturing experience is preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a starting hourly rate of $19 and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
