Description
The Batch Maker mixes raw chemical materials to produce adhesive products by staging and charging materials, following batch work instructions, operating mixing equipment, adjusting batches under quality-control guidance, maintaining a safe and clean work area, and complying with PPE standards. The role requires basic math, English comprehension, the ability to lift 50–60 pounds, and digital-scale reading; chemical manufacturing experience is preferred. The schedule is first shift Monday through Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., with a starting hourly rate of $23.00 and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
