The role involves measuring, mixing, and processing liquid sulphur and raw materials such as bentonite and micronutrients using a batching system, transferring batches, supporting pastille production, inspecting materials and finished products, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and assisting with inventory and production schedules. The position requires attention to detail, basic mechanical aptitude, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work around industrial equipment, and willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and overtime.
