Skjodt-Barrett is hiring a Full Time Entry Level Batch Operator for its food production plant in Lebanon, Indiana. The role is on-site and focused on preparing, mixing, cooking, and processing ingredients according to established formulas and recipes while ensuring quality, safety, consistency, and accurate production records. The position works a 3rd shift schedule and requires experience in regulated food manufacturing, knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and Dax 365, plus strong attention to detail, communication, and cross-functional collaboration with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Purchasing.
