Franklin International is hiring a Batch Operator Apprentice to safely operate and control systems for weighing, metering, and mixing raw materials to produce consistent batches while following batch sheets and quality standards. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, age 18 or older, successful pre-employment screening, PPE compliance, and union membership after 30 days; chemical processing experience is preferred. The position is on the second shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 a.m., with occasional overtime, and pays $26.77 per hour until certification, then $31.32 per hour, plus a $1.75 per hour second-shift differential.
