Sika is hiring a Batch Operator to operate complex chemistry processes at the Marion Plant. The role involves running and troubleshooting mixing and packaging equipment, performing inventory checks, executing line changeovers, monitoring PLCs and process instruments, ensuring product quality and batch documentation, and supporting safety, housekeeping, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of industrial or manufacturing experience, English proficiency, basic math skills, computer and SAP/PLC ability, forklift operation, and flexibility to work any shift and overtime.
