INX International is hiring a Batch Weigher to weigh raw materials for high-quality printing ink batches, follow batch tickets, select and prepare mixing tubs, verify ingredient availability, record lot numbers, and move finished batches to the mill or mixing room. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months of related experience or training, communication and math skills, attendance and punctuality, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Mechanical skills are a plus, and the position includes training in job and TPM activities, along with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, pet insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and other benefits.
