Land O’Lakes is hiring a Batch Weigher for its dairy foods manufacturing facility. The role pre-weighs and adds ingredients to scheduled kettles, checks equipment and sanitation, maintains batch records, follows HACCP and food-safety procedures, and supports production efficiency. The position pays $24.26 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential after 8 PM, works from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM, and may require weekends, overtime, and holidays. Applicants must be at least 18, have at least six months of work experience, and possess basic computer and math skills; food manufacturing experience is preferred.
