Description
The Beverage Batching and Blending Operator works in a fast-paced beverage production plant, operating batching and blending equipment, verifying ingredients, preparing syrups, taking samples, maintaining product quality and food-safety standards, completing documentation, and performing CIP/COP sanitation. The role requires forklift operation, lifting up to 50 pounds, routine SAP and laboratory testing, and the ability to work weekends, evenings, overnight, holidays, and overtime. A high school certification and 1–2 years of relevant manufacturing experience are preferred, while the posting also lists preferred beverage-production experience and formal training in SAP, HACCP, GMP, and hygiene.
