Niagara is hiring a Batching Manager to lead daily operations of its aseptic batching area, from raw material receiving through blending, batching, UHT, aseptic tanks, filling, and packaging. The role manages production schedules, aseptic and food-safety compliance, team performance, quality, inventory, equipment improvements, and cross-functional customer delivery. It requires at least six years of experience in aseptic manufacturing, leadership, and people or project management, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and SQF, HACCP, and GMP knowledge.
