Description
The Batch Maker will set up, operate, and tend machines to mix and blend raw materials into paint and related products. Responsibilities include staging materials, preparing disperser and letdown tanks, monitoring high-speed dispersers and other production equipment, adjusting batches under quality-control guidance, following batch tickets, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and assisting with filling, material handling, and sample batches. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of production experience, basic math and label-preparation skills, equipment-operation ability, physical capacity to lift 50–100 pounds, and forklift-operator experience.
